Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice originating from India. Yoga combines a series of postures and movements with controlled breath and meditation. Yoga has many benefits including but not limited to: reducing chronic pain, lowering high blood pressure, improved flexibility, posture, balance, breathing, and overall well-being. Yoga is a practice that can be continued on your own with many long-term health benefits.  We offer private yoga sessions as well as periodic group workshops.
