Licensed Massage Therapist Pamela Arm began her journey in bodywork more than 20 years ago when she began receiving regular massages to help address aches and injuries resulting from dance. At the same time, Alexander Technique lessons opened her eyes to postural and movement awareness. The realization of how helpful these modalities could be inspired her to become a massage therapist. Pamela incorporates Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage and injury rehabilitation—with an emphasis on collaboration and problem-solving. Pamela combines her experience in these modalities along with passive stretching and alignment in her sessions to help facilitate the client’s own healing process and sense of balance.
