Licensed Acupuncturist Tim Fatato is a graduate of Pacific College of Health and Science where he earned a Masters Degree in Acupuncture. While in school, he apprenticed for three plus years in a clinic that specializes in orthopedics and pain management. It was there that Tim first learned how to combine Acupuncture with Tui Na, a form of Chinese medical massage to address his patient’s needs. He continued his postgraduate study at NYU Langone Hospital working in the Neurology Department treating stroke and post-op recovery. Tim has a passion for learning, which has given him a diverse range of skills and knowledge. He has devoted much of his time to studying the ancient Classics of Chinese Medicine. In addition to learning the ancient teachings, Tim has also studied the current research into human anatomy, the brain, fascia and how it relates to pain and chronic illness. Most recently, Tim completed coursework in Zheng Gu Tui Na under renowned practitioner Tom Bisio. A firm believer in the power of utilizing both Acupuncture and hands-on body work to treat any condition, Tim has experience treating a variety of conditions including acute and chronic pain, headaches, breathing issues, digestive issues, PTSD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue, as well as working with post-COVID “Long Hauler” symptoms.
